"Tarred" aparece mais em contextos técnicos (ex: 'tarred road' = estrada asfaltada). Também pode aparecer em frase feita 'tarred with the same brush', que é julgando alguém igual a outro, geralmente de modo negativo. Raro no dia-a-dia.
