Convencer-se a não fazer algo, geralmente ao pensar ou falar sobre os motivos para não fazê-lo.

Expressão informal, geralmente usada quando você muda de ideia e decide não fazer algo. Normalmente vem com 'of' ('talk yourself out of...'). Não confunda com ser convencido por outra pessoa.
