불평하지 않고 힘들거나 불편한 상황을 받아들이고 계속하는 것.

비공식적으로 주로 사용하며, 상대방에게 차갑거나 무뚝뚝하게 들릴 수 있다. 스포츠나 일상에서 자주 쓴다.

Sometimes you just have to suck it up and finish your work.
