شركات يتم التحكم بها أو امتلاكها من قبل شركة أم أكبر.

Usage Notes (Arabic)

تستخدم غالباً في السياق التجاري أو القانوني، وغالبًا بالجمع لأن الشركات الكبرى تملك عدة 'subsidiaries'. لا تخلط مع 'branches' (الفروع). عبارة شائعة: 'wholly owned subsidiaries' (شركات تابعة مملوكة بالكامل).
