音楽で一人で演奏したり歌ったりする人。オーケストラやグループの伴奏を受けることが多い。

Usage Notes (Japanese)

主にクラシック音楽や合唱団、バンドで使われます。1人の演奏者・歌手を指します。「ピアノソリスト」「ゲストソリスト」などでよく使われます。ポップスのリードボーカルにはあまり使いません。
