Definition

「Snooks」とは、親指を鼻につけて指をひらひらさせて、からかったりふざけたりするときのしぐさです。

昔ながらの英国式表現で、現代ではほとんど使われません。「to cock a snook」と言うことが多いです。あくまでジェスチャーに対して使い、侮辱ではなく茶化す感じです。
