Definition
Estar físicamente sentado junto a alguien; o quedarse con un sentimiento o pensamiento y permitirte experimentarlo en vez de evitarlo.
Usage Notes (Spanish)
Puede usarse en sentido literal o figurado. En desarrollo personal y terapia, 'sit with' indica aceptar emociones difíciles. No confundir con 'sentarse' (solo acción física). Se usa mucho en 'sit with your feelings', 'sit with the discomfort'.
