小麦粉などの粉のだまを取り除いたり、細かくふるい分けたりするためのキッチン道具。

Usage Notes (Japanese)

主にベーキング時の小麦粉や粉砂糖などの乾燥材料に使われる。イギリスでは「sieve」とも呼ばれる。液体をこすコランダーとは異なる。
