多くの従業員が同時に病気休暇を取ることで抗議の意思を示す行動。公式なストライキではなく、間接的な抗議手段。

公務員や労働組合員によく使われる非公式な抗議手段。「サボる」とは異なり、組織的な行動を指すことが多い。会社側から処分される場合がある。
