Definition

気軽に大した意味もなく人と話すこと。かなりくだけた、やや下品な言い回し。

とてもカジュアルでやや下品。「chat」や「おしゃべり」よりもくだけた表現で、フォーマルな場では使わないこと。友人同士など親しい間柄限定。

We sat at the café and shot the shit for hours.
