누군가와 가볍게, 중요하지 않은 주제로 이야기하거나 시간을 보내기 위해 대화하는 것.

아주 비공식적이고 친구끼리만 사용하는 표현. 'crap'은 다소 속된 느낌이 있어 공식석상에서는 사용하지 않음.

We like to shoot the crap after work.
