Definition

シートロックは石膏と紙でできた大きなパネルで、建物の壁や天井によく使われます。ブランド名ですが、石膏ボード全般を指すことが多いです。

アメリカではシートロックというブランド名が一般的に石膏ボード全体を指すことが多いですが、日本では通常「石膏ボード」と呼ばれます。建設現場で多用されます。
