Definition

기계나 신체 부위가 갑자기 움직이지 않게 되거나 제대로 작동하지 않는 상태.

예상하지 못한 고장이나 근육, 관절의 뻣뻣함에 쓰임. 의도적인 멈춤이 아님.

If your muscles seize up during exercise, stop immediately to avoid injury.

운동 중에 근육이 **굳으면** 바로 멈춰서 다치지 않도록 하세요.
