Definition

何かを強く握ったり押しつぶしてしわくちゃにしたり、小さくまとめること。感情や光で顔をしかめることも指す。

Usage Notes (Japanese)

カジュアルな言葉で、紙・服・髪・顔などによく使う。'scrunch your nose'は「鼻をしかめる」。'crumple'や'squeeze'とはニュアンスが違う。髪のスタイリングにも使う。
