কিছু যদি কমজোরি, ভারী বা ভালোভাবে সমর্থিত না হয়, তাহলে তা নিচের দিকে ঝুলে পড়ে বা দেবে যায়।

প্রযুক্তিগত ও সাধারণ আলোচনায় ব্যবহার হয়, যেমন 'ceiling sags', 'shoulders sag'। মানসিক অবস্থার জন্য এই শব্দ ব্যবহৃত হয় না, তখন 'slumps' ব্যবহার করুন।
