Definition

ルーティンとは、毎回同じ順番や時間で繰り返し行う、いつものやり方や習慣のことです。日々の生活や仕事の流れを指します。

「morning routine」「daily routine」「skincare routine」などの表現でよく使われます。変わり映えしない印象や退屈さを表す場合もあります。「routine check」「routine task」は普通や定形の意味です。

My morning routine starts with coffee and a shower.
