어떤 것을 잘게 찢거나 누군가 또는 무언가를 매우 심하게 비판하는 것.

비격식적이고 극적인 상황에서 주로 씀. 'run a business'처럼 실제 찢거나, 강도 높은 비판에 둘 다 사용. 가볍게 찢어질 때는 사용하지 않음.
