"ricochet off" in Turkish
Definition
Bir cismin veya sesin bir yüzeye çarpıp başka bir yöne sekmesi anlamına gelir. Genellikle top, mermi veya ses için kullanılır.
Usage Notes (Turkish)
Daha çok hızlı hareket eden objeler için geçerlidir. 'ricochet off the wall' gibi ifadelerde yüzey belirtilir. Hem gerçek hem mecazi (ses gibi) durumlarda kullanılır. Resmî ya da argo değil.
