‘Retch’ शब्द ‘gag’ से ज़्यादा औपचारिक और चिकित्सा संबंधी है। आमतौर पर 'from the smell' या 'almost retch' जैसे वाक्यांशों में आता है। असल उल्टी करने से अलग है।
