Definition
Fazer movimentos ou sons como se fosse vomitar, mas geralmente sem deitar nada para fora.

‘Retch’ é mais formal ou médico do que ‘gag’ (que é mais comum e informal). Usa-se frequentemente com 'from the smell' ou 'almost retch'. Não confundir com vomitar mesmo.
