一度閉まった店や学校、議論などが再び開かれること。

Usage Notes (Japanese)

主に店舗や公共の施設が再び開く時に使われますが、話し合いや議題が再度始まる時にも使われます。「reopens next week」は「来週再開する」という意味です。公告などでよく使われます。
