Colocar seu nome oficialmente em uma lista ou sistema, normalmente para participar, se juntar ou ter acesso a um serviço ou organização.

Geralmente usado com a entidade ('register with o médico', 'register with a polícia'). Contexto formal ou oficial. Não use 'register to' nem 'register at' com esse sentido – use sempre 'with'.
