一度退院・退学・退会した人を、再び病院や団体に受け入れること。
Usage Notes (Japanese)
フォーマルな場（病院・学校・団体など）で使われます。「物」には使いません。受動態（再び受け入れられる）で多い表現です。
Examples
The hospital decided to readmit the patient after his condition got worse.
