Definition

“Quads” 是 quadriceps（股四头肌）的简称，指的是大腿前部的主要肌肉。偶尔也指四轮摩托车（quad bike），但通常指肌肉群。

非常口语化，多用于健身、运动场合来指“股四头肌”，如“锻炼 quads”，“quads 疼”。很少指四轮摩托，需靠上下文判断。正式/医学场合不用该说法。
