Cambiar un reloj a una hora anterior, generalmente cuando termina el horario de verano. También puede significar volver a una situación anterior o hacer que las cosas sean como antes.

Se usa literalmente al cambiar el reloj con el fin del horario de verano y figurativamente para desear volver al pasado. Solo 'put the clock back' es correcto en este sentido, no 'move the clock back'. No es igual a 'turn back time', que siempre es figurativo.
