'Pries' 'pry' की तीसरी व्यक्ति एकवचन है। इसका मतलब है किसी की निजी बातें जानने की कोशिश करना या औज़ार से कुछ खोलने की कोशिश करना।

'Pries' का प्रयोग किसी के निजी मामलों में घुसपैठ या औज़ार से चीज़ें खोलने के लिए होता है। 'price' (कीमत) से न मिलाएँ। आम तौर पर यह औपचारिक या लिखित अंग्रेज़ी में आता है।
