相手にどこかへ行け、邪魔するなと言う侮辱的な表現です。相手の存在や要求が無駄だという意味を含みます。

「Pound sand」は極めて侮辱的な表現で、「あっちへ行け」に相当します。目上の人や正式な場では絶対に使わないでください。
