Definition

道路の表面にできるへこみや穴で、雨水や車などの影響でできることが多い。運転を危険にしたり、不快にすることがある。

Usage Notes (Japanese)

ほとんど道路専用の言葉です。「穴ぼこを避ける」「穴ぼこを修理する」などで使われます。屋内の小さな穴には使いません。
