Definition

상사나 권력자에게 잘 보이려고 지나치게 아부하거나 비위를 맞추는 행동. 진심이 아닌 경우가 많음.

Usage Notes (Korean)

비공식적이고 부정적인 느낌이 강합니다. '상사에게 아부하다', '교사에게 비위를 맞추다'와 같이 권력자에게 쓰는 경우가 많으며, 실제로 무언가를 '플레이'한다는 의미는 아님.
