何かや誰かにおしっこをかける（下品な表現）。また、強い軽蔑や侮辱を示す比喩的なスラングとしても使われる。

非常に下品で攻撃的な表現。直訳は「おしっこをかける」だが、比喩的には強い侮蔑を表す。フォーマルや丁寧な場面では絶対に使わない。
