अधिकतर बिजली या इंटरनेट सेवा रुकने के संदर्भ में प्रयोग; औपचारिक या तकनीकी संदर्भ में आम। 'caused by', 'after', या 'during' के साथ प्रचलित। छोटी या नियोजित रुकावट के लिए नहीं।
