총기 등 무기를 사용해 사람이나 목표물에 공격을 시작하는 것.

주로 군사, 경찰, 뉴스 등 공식적인 상황에서 사용됨. 캠프파이어 시작이나 요리와는 관계없음.

군인들에게 **사격을 시작하라**는 명령이 내려졌다.
