敬意礼（おじぎ）
Definition
誰かに対して深い敬意や服従の気持ちを表す行為。多くの場合、お辞儀などの礼によって示されます。
Usage Notes (Japanese)
とてもフォーマルで文語的な単語で、日常会話ではほとんど使いません。主に儀式で王族などへ敬意を表す行動に使われます。'obedience'（服従）とは異なります。「pay obeisance to」の形でよく使われます。
