Definition

如果文件是公證的，表示已由公證人正式驗證並蓋章，證明其真實有效。

多在法律、商業、移民等場合作為形容詞用於“文件”、“副本”等詞前。並非所有文件都須公證，要確認要求。“公證的”指經過公證人，與“認證的”不同。
