「no contest」は圧倒的な差で競争にならないことを意味します。法的には、罪を認めず争いもしないという意味でも使われます。

Usage Notes (Japanese)

スポーツや日常会話で明らかな差がある時に使われます。法的には米国でよく使われる認否を示さない「ノーコンテスト・プレア」です。「no competition」とは違う意味です。
