헷갈리다혼동하다

Definition

비슷한 사람이나 물건을 헷갈려서 잘못 알아보거나, 여러가지를 뒤섞어 혼동하게 만드는 것.

'Mix up'은 보통 비슷한 것들을 실수로 헷갈릴 때 쓰며, '섞다'(그냥 섞는 것)나 '망치다'(실수를 크게 하다)와는 다름.

I always mix up their names because they look alike.

나는 그들이 닮아서 항상 이름을 **헷갈린다**.
