Definition

イギリスの伝統的なパイ用フィリングで、ドライフルーツやスパイス、時には牛脂が使われます。現在は肉が入っていないことがほとんどです。

Usage Notes (Japanese)

'mincemeat'は主にイギリスのお菓子で使われ、今は肉を含まない甘いパイフィリングです。'minced meat'（ひき肉）とは全く違います。
