Definition
Aquecer algo até passar do sólido ao líquido ou para descrever quando alguém fica muito perturbado ou perde o controlo emocional.

Pode ser usado literalmente para metais, cera, etc., e informalmente para um colapso emocional forte ('ter um meltdown'). O uso emocional é informal. Não confundir com 'melt', que se refere só ao processo físico.
