으깨기

Definition

손이나 도구로 재료를 눌러서 부드럽게 으깨는 것. 주로 요리할 때 사용됨.

대부분 요리할 때 쓰이며, '으깬 감자', '으깬 과일'에 사용함. 'smashing'(세게 부수기)와 다름.

She is mashing the potatoes for dinner.
