槌子是一種有大且通常為木頭或橡膠頭的工具，用於有力敲擊但不損壞物體，也可指帶有軟頭的琴槌，用於演奏木琴或馬林巴琴等打擊樂器。

“mallets”既可以指用於輕敲的工具（如木槌），也可指用來演奏打擊樂器的軟頭鼓槌。音樂中通常會說明是什麼樂器（如「木琴槌」）。不要與 hammer（較硬敲擊工具）混淆。
