Mudar a aparência ou o estilo de algo ou alguém, geralmente para melhorar. Também pode significar transferir a posse de algo, geralmente em contexto legal.

Muito usado para mudar o visual de pessoas ('fazer uma transformação'), renovar ambientes, ou transferir bens legalmente. O sentido de visual é informal; o de posse é formal. Não confundir com 'maquiagem'.
