Definition

對將要發生的事情感到興奮或期待。

在正式和非正式場合都會用，常見於郵件或禮貌對話。後面須接名詞或動名詞（-ing 形式），如 'look forward to meeting you'，不能用不定式。結尾常見：'I look forward to hearing from you.'

I look forward to the weekend.
