訴訟弁護士とは、裁判で依頼人を代理し、法廷で案件を扱うことを専門とする弁護士です。

Usage Notes (Japanese)

「訴訟弁護士」は通常の弁護士よりも限定的で、主に法廷で弁論を行う弁護士を指します。「トライアルリティゲーター（trial litigator）」と一緒に使われる場合も多いです。
