leafedは、本や雑誌のページをぱらぱらとめくる、または植物に葉がついていることを表します。

「leafed through」は本などを流し読みするときに使う表現です。「broad-leafed」などは植物の特徴を表すときによく使います。日常会話ではあまり使われません。
