공중에서 땅이나 표면에 내리는 것, 또는 여러 가지 중에서 최종적으로 선택하는 것.

비행기나 동물이 땅에 내려앉을 때와, 여러 옵션에서 선택할 때 모두 쓴다. 단순히 'land'보다 '선택하다' 의미가 더 강하다.

The plane will land on the runway soon.
