누군가나 무언가를 무례하거나 무관심하게 무시하거나 거절하는 것. 때로는 누군가를 쫓아내거나 무엇을 포기한다는 뜻으로도 쓰임.

주로 비격식적이고 때로는 무례할 수 있음. 'kiss'는 '입맞춤'과 무관. 무시하거나 신경 그만 쓰려 할 때 사용. 미영에서 자주 씀.

He told his old job to kiss off when he found a new one.
