誰かを少しイライラさせたり不快にさせたりすること。特にそれが長く続く場合に使われます。

Usage Notes (Japanese)

日常会話ではあまり使われず、やや改まった表現です。「it irks me」「what irks」のように軽い苛立ちを表します。「怒らせる」よりも弱いニュアンスです。
