Definition

ঘোড়া বা অনুরূপ কোনো প্রাণীর খুর যখন মাটিতে পড়ে, যে শব্দ হয় সেটি। সাধারণত দৌড়ানোর বা হাঁটার সময় হয়।

Usage Notes (Bengali)

এটা মূলত সাহিত্যে বা বিবরণে ব্যবহৃত হয়। সাধারণত ঘোড়ার জন্য ব্যবহৃত হয়, কিন্তু অন্য খুরওয়ালা প্রাণীর জন্যও বলা যেতে পারে। 'hoof marks' (খুরের ছাপ) অর্থ নয়।
