何度も繰り返される嫌なことや困ったことがまた起きたときに使う表現です。がっかりやあきらめの気持ちを表します。

話し言葉でよく使い、家族や友人との間で繰り返し不快なことが起きた際に使われます。ポジティブな状況には使いません。
