Definition

কেউ যখন পাবলিকের সামনে কথা বলছে বা পরিবেশনা করছে, তখন উদ্দেশ্যমূলকভাবে চেঁচিয়ে বা প্রশ্ন-রসিকতা করে তাদের বাধা দেওয়া।

Usage Notes (Bengali)

প্রায়ই নেতিবাচক বা অসম্মানজনক; 'audience', 'comedian', 'speech' সঙ্গে বেশি ব্যবহৃত হয় ('audience members heckle the speaker'); 'interrupt' বা 'tease' থেকে আলাদা, কারণ এটি বেশি কটাক্ষপূর্ণ ও প্রকাশ্য।
